KFC Nassau joins KFC restaurants across the globe as the brand’s annual fight against hunger kicks off with the launch of its annual ‘Add Hope’ Campaign. The four-week philanthropic endeavor is aimed to raise awareness, funds and much-needed food resources to assist in adding hope to the lives of those facing the major hunger epidemic plaguing communities worldwide, including here in The Bahamas.

Through November 20th, KFC Nassau invites the Bahamian public to lend a helping hand and join KFC Nassau and its staff in the fight to help sustainably feed those in need throughout the community, through hunger relief agencies that are beneficiaries of the Add Hope Campaign such as Hands for Hunger, neighborhood charity organizations, and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger. KFC consumers and the general public have the opportunity to “add hope” by making a donation with their KFC purchase, or through in-store donation boxes available at any of KFC Nassau’s eight locations.

“We’re excited for the return of the Add Hope Campaign in all of our KFC Nassau restaurants, bringing together the brand and its staff, the public, and local charitable organizations in a powerful way to provide hope to many Bahamians affected by the growing issue of hunger within our country”, said Eldira Backford, Ambassador for KFC Nassau’s Add Hope Campaign.

With the tremendous support of its customers, staff and the community in past hunger relief campaigns, KFC Nassau looks forward to yet another successful year, which will greatly relieve the plight of those affected by hunger in The Bahamas.

“We look forward to the support of all that join the KFC Nassau brand in this meaningful way of giving back and we’re proud to unite with agencies throughout this initiative that play a tremendous role in servicing a vast amount of those in need such as Hands for Hunger and many other local charitable organizations”, continued Backford.

KFC Nassau is part of the Yum! global group of brands and is operated by Restaurants (Bahamas) Limited throughout New Providence.
