Commonwealth Brewery Limited (CBL) recently hosted a series of dinner events featuring Paulo Figueiredo, regional reserve ambassador from Diageo, who explored the nuances of rums and food with rum and food enthusiasts at Billfish Grill at Palm Cay at which Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve, Platinum and Blue were featured. A Zacapa Rum Dinners was hosted at Graycliff and at Luciano's Restaurant, Port Lucaya, Grand Bahama.

Figueiredo is renowned around the world as an expert mixologist and bar management specialist, for his ability to create cocktails that perfectly suit the customer's mood and preferences. He also explored the local cuisines and culture of The Bahamas to discover new flavors that he could incorporate into his cocktail creations, and to understand the customer's palate in the region.
