Grand Bahama students complete week one of the E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival 2016

Rebecca Mader & the Falcon Pop Band of Tabernacle Baptist Christian Academy perform a melody of Bob Marley songs in the Reggae, Pop Group & Others – Open Class during the E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival 2016 at Grand Lucayan in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Friday, March 4, 2016. The Festival will continue on the island until March 11. Elizabeth Thorton, an educator of 43 years, is adjudicator of the Music component.



Sunland Baptist Academy performs Bahamian singing for 9-12 Years



Tanario Lewis and Waynesha Thompson of Eight Mile Rock High School sing “Can I Have This Dance” in the Duet for 13-15 Years.



Freeport Primary School boys sing “Bahamaland.”



Hope Monestine represents St. George’s High School in Bahamian singing “I’m Going Back to See Him” for 13-15 Years.



Tabernacle Baptist Academy Folklore Choir receives high praise from Adjudicator, Elizabeth Thorton, after performing “Looking for Carmen” in the Bahamian Singing for 16-18 Years.



Freeport Primary School Grade 5 recites the poem “Dreams” during the Choral Verse Speaking Class Grades 4-6.



Bartlett Hill Primary School performs “Charlie and Miss Morley’s Goat” during the Choral Verse Speaking Class Grades 4-6.



Hannah Laing of St. Paul’s Methodist College recited “The Teacher Took My Ipod” during the Choral Verse Speaking Class Grades 7-
