The team at Deep Water Cay (DWC) is continuing to grow and provide memorable experiences for both guests and homeowners on the cay. The newest addition to their team is Robert Meadows, a native Grand Bahamian, who now serves as the Offshore Fishing Captain.

Meadows came to Deep Water Cay after ten years with a local offshore fishing and tour company, where he gained great knowledge on handling guest boating tours. Although he is no stranger to the beauty of The Bahamas, he noted, “Deep Water Cay is a beautiful place to work. The job is incredible. I really enjoy getting to fish with the clients, the scenery is stunning and just traveling to the cay each day is a gorgeous experience.”

Although Meadows has only been at DWC for a few short months, he is already getting rave reviews from the visitors to the cay.  Joe Bunton, Co-General Manager at the resort commented, “He’s getting a lot of good compliments from our guests; we’ve even had former guests come and seek him out. Many of our guests have commented that he’s one of the best offshore captains that we’ve had at Deep Water Cay in a long time.”

In recent months, there have been a few additions at Deep Water Cay and the resort has been published in several international magazines including Scuba Diving, Caribbean Travel + Life, Nashville Residents and more. The magazines continuously praise the amazing private island experiences.

The management team at Deep Water Cay is sure that the addition of Meadows will continue improving their record and gain them even more international exposure and success. To read more about DWC visit their website at www.deepwatercay.com.
