The Governor General visits Crooked Island

Governor General Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling on Monday, January 25, visited the islands of Acklins and Crooked Island, which were impacted by Hurricane Joaquin in October of last year. The Governor General, accompanied by V. Alfred Gray, Minister of Agriculture and Marine Resources, met with Willis McKinney, Retired Administrator and Present Elder of the Seventh Day Adventist Church whose home was damaged during the passage of Hurricane Joaquin in October 2015.


Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling, Governor General, and Chief Ronald Greene tour the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Base.
