After all of the bickering and the meeting of the minds, the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture and the sailors have all agreed to host the annual All-For-One Regatta to officially begin the 2011 sailing season.

Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture Charles Maynard and sailing enthusiast Rev Dr Philip McPhee were behind the final decision to stage the regatta in Montagu Bay over the weekend of January 29-30.

At a press conference yesterday, it was announced that Compass Point will come on board as the site for the official opening ceremony January 28 and the closing and awards ceremony on February 1.
