Deveaux leads Marathon Constituency with a waste management strategy

Nassau, The Bahamas - Environment Minister Earl Deveaux
publicly addressed on a live radio show the neighbourhood concerns of
privatising the waste collection and management services, enforcing the
licensing of stray dogs that turn over garbage, and imposing fines on people
that park abandoned vehicles within the Marathon constituency.

"Is this a matter of personal pride, of zoning, or
enforcement? Because well-ordered society is single family residential
neighbourhoods, routine garbage collection, and very clear rules governing what
happens in that neighbourhood," said Environment Minister, Earl Deveaux...
