The Free National Movement is pleased to welcome Mr. Darvin Russell to its ever growing membership list. Mr. Darvin Russell attended Jordan Prince William High in Nassau before venturing to South Carolina State where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He then completed a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio State University.

Darvin Russell is a successful corporate executive having garnered a multiplicity of experiences in various industries including, commercial banking, retail and logistics. Currently he serves as the General Manager of DHL Express in the Bahamas and the Head of Process Improvement for the Caribbean.

A community activist and service oriented individual, Mr. Russell is a former lecturer at the College of the Bahamas where he specialized in Finance and Economics courses, believes that "service is the price you pay for the space you occupy". He is a regular public speaker at forums and workshops on Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy.

Mr. Russell exclaimed, “I firmly believe if we all do our part to help someone through our time, talent or resources we would build a new and better Bahamas; The kind of Bahamas we all want and as was proclaimed by our forefathers when they said, forward, upward onward together.”

Mr Russell, his wife and daughter are faithful members of Mount Tabor Church. Chairman Pintard in welcoming Mr Russell to the party expressed his delight in the quality of professional Bahamians, both young and young at heart who are lending their expertise to The Free National Movement as we seek to build a fair and equitable Bahamian society.
