Getting your company noticed is pivotal when it comes to success and Deep Water Cay is a testament to that. Recently, international magazines Charlotte Living, Caribbean Travel + Life and UncommonCaribbean.com took a different twist and highlighted the beaches, the warmth of the Bahamian sun and ocean breezes instead of the bonefishing at Deep Water Cay. Charlotte Living magazine, an e-magazine reaching ten thousand readers in the U.S., featured the majesty of Deep Water Cay on the cover of its summer 2015 edition, in an article titled “Private oasis Deep Water Cay in The Bahamas”. It also ran a feature story on the cay complete with an amazing photo montage covering ten pages “on the hidden gem that is Deep Water Cay”.

“Imagine escaping to your own private oasis in The Bahamas,” said Matthew Paul Brown in the summer 2015 edition of Charlotte Living magazine. “Discover the relaxed lifestyle and timeless heritage of Deep Water Cay. This watersports paradise is a treasured getaway from everyday life.”

The East End, Grand Bahama, resort was also highlighted in Caribbean Travel + Life magazine, a special edition published twice a year by Island Magazine and distributed to seventy-five thousand of Island Magazine’s strongest subscription members. The magazine asked readers for their top picks in adventure resorts. Deep Water Cay placed fourth of the top eight that were featured and were noted for their tremendous accommodations, bonefishing and water sports.

Although Deep Water Cay is known for its fabulous bonefishing that reels guests in, Caribbean Travel + Life also highlighted the resort’s scuba diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing and beaches. “Explore sand flats, mangroves, blue holes, open ocean and secluded beaches,” noted the writer, Brooke Morton, “… and don’t miss the sandwiches at Blue Hole Bar and Grill.”

Lastly, UncommonCaribbean.com featured Deep Water Cay as an elegant private island that is perfect for bonefishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and shelling. The online article was shared almost 200 times on social media and has reached 53,000 people on Facebook and 9,300 people on Twitter. These magazine features are a welcome review of the resort and its marketing team is hoping it will translate into strong sales for the upcoming year, as 2015 is proving to be a banner year thus far.
