Nassau,
Bahamas - In its efforts to continue the New Providence Infrastructure
Improvement Project, The Government of The Bahamas signed three contracts
Thursday that will enhance the Montagu and Saunders Beach areas.

The
improvements include the addition of a waterfall, benches and tables to Montagu
Beach, landscape enhancements, state-of-the-art restrooms, sidewalks and
wheel-chair accessible ramp at Saunders Beach.

Public
Works and Transport Minister the Hon. Neko C. Grant along with Colin Higgs,
permanent secretary and John Canton, director, signed the contracts with Alvin
Greenslade of Carib Construction Project Management Co. Ltd...
