Advanced Gaming Associates, LLC, and Pureti Bahamas Ltd., have both filed claims against Baha Mar Ltd. in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware, bringing the number of claimants seeking money from the teetering developer to nine, with claims worth over $680,000. Advanced Gaming Associates (AGA) is a Hammonton, New Jersey turnkey gaming solutions company that markets itself as "the new generation slot services company". The company specializes in slot machine services, slot monitoring systems, slot data system hardware installation and professional and maintenance services.

AGA Founder Anthony Tomasello filed a claim against Baha Mar Ltd. for $126,342.52 on July 7. Also on July 7, photocatalytic surface treatments manufacturer Pureti Bahamas Ltd. filed a claim against Baha Mar Ltd. for $132,456.95. Pureti services a number of industries, but with respect to the hospitality sector, the company uses proprietary technology to improve air quality and reduce odors in guest rooms, "and keep the outside of the property looking great". The company provides either a professional application, wherein a trained Pureti technician provides a comprehensive treatment, or a pump spray application used by housekeeping staff.

Meanwhile, Florida-based warehousing and logistics company Suddath Global Logistics, LLC has filed a notice that it intends to appear in the proceedings as well. Suddath specializes in third-party logistics for businesses around the world including logistics management, warehousing and distribution, transportation and freight forwarding.

Oracle America, Inc., successor-in-interest to Oracle USA, Inc. and Oracle Credit Corporation, has also served notice of appearance in the case. Oracle America, Inc. designs, manufactures, markets and services network computing infrastructure solutions. As the docket in Delaware gets populated by notices of appearances and as the claims begin to come in, concluding the new round of negotiations, which Prime Minister Perry Christie says will begin this weekend, is critical to the success of the claims pressed against Baha Mar.
