WEST END, Grand Bahama - Minister of Tourism and Member of Parliament for West Grand Bahama and Bimini, the Hon. Obie Wilchcombe, on Saturday participated in pre-Independence celebrations 'Street Fair and Junkanoo Rush Out.' This particular festival is a part of the series of events planned for the summer of 2015.
