Bahamian Icon Awards 2015 nominees announced

The Bahamian Icon Awards organizing committee, sponsors and partners are proud to announce the 2015 nominees. The public was asked to submit persons they wished to be considered for nomination through the committee's website, www.bahamianiconawards.com. Over 500 candidates were received from across the country. The Bahamian Icon Awards Organizing Committee has selected nominees from those submissions:

The Bahamian Icon Awards Committee will also present a Lifetime Achievement Award to Ronnie Butler for his undeniably stellar contribution to the growth and development of the music industry.

Winners will be announced at the 2015 Bahamian Icon Awards ceremony at Melia Nassau Beach resort on July 11, 2015. The show will be broadcast live on Cable 12 with red carpet coverage beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at SIDDA Communications Group, Ltd. in the Shirley Street Plaza.
