The failure of police to bring a man to court for his bail hearing has resulted in a postponement.
Richard McNeil, 22, of Dorsette Alley, was scheduled to appear before Justice Ian Winder yesterday.
However, he was not brought from the prison. The bail hearing has now been reset for January 20.
McNeil and Kevin Whyms, of Polhemus Street, are accused of the attempted murder of Delvin Durky on September 1, 2014.
They are scheduled to be tried on the allegation on February 22, 2016.
Both men have said that a tracking map from their ankle bracelets would place them away from the crime. scene.
