Plane Crash in the Clifton Pier Area

We have unconfirmed reports of a plane crash in the Clifton Pier area where there appears to be one fatality (an elderly man). Additionally, we can tell you that ten (10) other individuals from that crash survived.

Crash Update 1: The plane is reported to be a Twin Engine Piper Navajo. With aircraft registration: C6-REV. It is believed that the plane may have lost an engine, which resulted in the crash. More to come on this.

Crash Updated 2: "A 77-year old Caucasian man died after a 10-seater Navajo chieftain aircraft, operated by Ferguson Air, crashed in 6,500 feet of water off Clifton Pier this morning." It is confirmed that the flight consisted of eleven passengers including an infant. Just less than one month after the fatal plane crash in Grand Bahama this inciden occured. At this time the nationalities of the passengers are unknown.
