NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Baha Mar has launched its new employee recruitment advertising campaign: 'Baha Mar Nation'. During the past two years, the $3.5 billion luxury resort has been actively seeking out and recruiting the best and brightest Bahamians both in The Bahamas and abroad, resulting in outreach to over 10,000 students and professionals. Leading up to its Grand Opening celebration scheduled for late Spring 2015, the luxury resort is ramping up its efforts to find team members from diverse backgrounds with an aptitude for hospitality.
The new campaign, produced locally, features Baha Mar employees in various hospitality roles that demonstrate the values of Baha Mar team members, also called 'Baha Mar Citizens'.
"Baha Mar Nation communicates what we believe at Baha Mar. Caring deeply for our guests and each other, paying attention to detail and thriving as part of a team are values that make Baha Mar a great place to work," said Kristin Wells, Director of the Baha Mar Academy, the training and recruitment arm of Baha Mar.
"This message will make a connection with Bahamians who also share those values."
The Baha Mar Nation campaign will be carried across local television, newspaper, radio and interactive media.
