THE Public Hospitals Authority (PHA) announced yesterday that it has informed police about a "fraudulent" letter purportedly bearing the signature of a senior executive that alleges Dame Marguerite Pindling owes the Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) a substantial amount of money.
