HLB Galanis & Co. formerly HLB Galanis Bain (2006 - 2010), was founded in 1998 by Philip C. Galanis. At its inception, the Firm principally focused on providing audit and accounting services.

The Firm has a practice offering of accounting and review services, attestation and assurance engagements. We also maintain our highly specialized services in corporate financing, raising loan and equity capital for our clients, both locally and internationally. Additionally, we provide advice and accounting services regarding mergers and acquisitions with particular regard to exit strategies.

HLB Galanis & Co. has expanded its services to include the business of forensic accounting and litigation support, business valuation, fraud investigations, corporate recovery and reconstruction. By integrating accounting, auditing and investigative skills, we provide critical financial insight to clients, and attorneys.
