Onsite is a full scale laboratory that serves as the official monitoring body for the entire plant. The lab is run by three certified analysts who oversee every stage of the production process. It also conducts daily microbiological analyses as well as hourly chemical analyses to maintain exceptional water quality. Annual water testing is carried out by international regulatory bodies.

Bottling practices, including packaging and storage, are performed under strict conditions to avoid contamination of any kind. Sampling and testing records are stored for a minimum of five years and are subject to revision during visits from local and international plant auditors. Great care is taken to follow standards set by the American Beverage Association (in which Aquapure holds international affiliate membership), the International Bottled Water Association, the World Health Organization, as well the company's own very strict criteria.

Owner managed with a staff of more than 120 persons, it provides weekly delivery services to both residential and commercial customers, including retail stores, restaurants and hotels. Bulk sales such as delivery for swimming pools and watercraft are also areas of specialized service. Comprehensive analyses of any source water are also offered. The company operates 21 delivery routes across New Providence along with three depots.
