Welcome to Girl on Pole Dance Studio: At Girl On Pole we teach passion and confidence through dance and movement in a safe and fun environment for women as we promote fitness in a modern and contemporary way. Welcome to Pole Fitness a new and unique way to alternative fitness. Our pole dance studio is outfitted with X-Pole professional poles and certified pole instructors who have travelled and gained professional knowledge on how to teach you in a fun, safe and effective way.

Here's What We Do: Girl on Pole Dance Studio was created to teach aerial arts such as pole dancing to women who seek alternative styles of fitness. As a newly introduced pole dance studio we teach beginner and intermediate pole levels along with stretching and conditioning classes. Because Pole dancing is approached in many ways we have different classes to cater to different styles of pole. In choosing your classes, please be mindful of the kind of class you are signing up for. Your safety is our number one concern so we ask that you follow and adhere all studio rules.
