Bahamas Football Coaches Association founded in 2012 in Nassau, Bahamas., the BFCA serves members at every level of the game. The BFCA will inspire coaches and ignite their passion for the game so they pass it on to players and others in the football community.

The creation of the Bahamas Football Coaches Association is another major step in the implementation of 　a coach Development Task Force to review all aspects of coaching in the Bahamas and it is fully sanctioned by the Bahamas Football Association(BFA).

The BFCA is designed to improve development of Coaches the Bahamas, concentrating on creating more organized training sessions, developing coaching practices and creating an environment that is fun for the players. The BFCA will introduce courses on a consistent basis; increasing the level and efficiency of coaching and scouting for the national teams and will provided coaches with more structured programming.
