Christ Community Church was born out of a desire by four Christian men (Dr.Deanza Cunningham, Dexter Duvalier (not pictured),Dencil Rolle and Tyrone Thompson) to impact individuals, families, churches, this nation and the world with a message that saves souls, but also humanizes those souls.It was a dream given by God to build an assembly which cultivates the spirit of the first century church.

They called the center piece of this vision, Christ Community Church: Christ, because He owns and empowers the ministry; Community, because the church seeks to meet people's needs and care for their hurts and Church because it is an assembly of Christ followers called out of the world to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

They began to focus on the mission of the church, which is to bring glory to God and to continue the redemptive- evangelistic and discipleship ministry of Jesus Christ through the utilization of a multiplicity of methodologies. In short, we exist to win souls and build souls as we help people to discover the purposes for which they were created.

Today, approximately 400 people attend Christ Community Church each week, assessing the ministries offered. This non-denominational church, with Christian Brethren roots and influence, is a biblically driven assembly of believers who seek to worship, fellowship, receive the word, engage in ministry and in the mission of evangelism.
