CP Training and Consulting Services started in 2005 as a way to marry Cherrylee Pinder's two loves - counseling and training. With a psychological background, Cherrylee saw how business could use her skills in the area of staff development. Therefore, CP Training And Consulting Services offers soft skills training.

The "human skills" that cause employees difficulties in keeping jobs or being promoted. These soft skills are conflict resolution, team building, professionalism, interpersonal skills, customer service, stress management, effective communication, organization skills and time management. There are others, but these are my focus. I offer training as presentations (30-60 minutes), half or full day seminars, and retreats.
