Thursdays class is all about the core & sweating!
All levels are welcomed to join this 1 hour core engaging, power workout flow. Power Yoga is a workout that will make you sweat as we target mainly the core and other areas to build strength. This class is a series of poses where you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa flow on each side. Power Yoga classes move with a steady but fast rhythm.
Members of Evolve sign up using the ZennPlanner app or just drop-in for only $10.
Also Evolve has the amazing option for those who just want to practice yoga or a few classes on the schedule, a punch card.
The punch card is only $100 for 10 classes and you can use them for up to 6 months!!
