The Third Annual "Best of The Best" regatta will be held at Montagu Beach, #NassauBahamas for sure!
Competition begins on December 6th, 2018 at 9:00am and ends on December 9th, 2018.
Daily sloop racing is from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
The party begins after four until!
Favourite Bahamian musicians take the stage at four to give you a Free demonstration as to why they are considered 'best'.

(Some people are betting in every category.)
Are you ready for some Rake n Scrape music that will have you twisting and turning, shaking and jerking not to mention tweaking and of cause clapping and singing?

You can enjoy your meal in our Beach Bar & Deck restaurant or on the beach. The menu includes a shrimp and conch creamy chowder as appetizer, a combo that adds a twist to this Bahamian classic. Or, you can choose a shrimp or chicken flatbread, with handmade dough flattened thin and topped with basil pesto and mozzarella baked to a crisp.
The entree is a Surf and Turf combo of steak and shrimp, or a combo of rosemary chicken and shrimp, served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Dessert is Key Lime Pie or the chef's special dessert. One glass of complimentary wine is provided, per person.
The cost is $80.00 per person and reservations are required. The price is subject to change without notice.

NAGB Film Series presents "Bahamian Son"

Celebrating Bahamian Film on December 6th
Hosted by Bahamian filmmaker and NAGB film programmer Travolta Cooper, the NAGB Film Series continues with "Bahamian Son."
"Bahamian Son" is an international, independent feature film based on actual events from the life of writer Reggie Henderson. The story follows Kevin as he sets out to find his father whom he has not seen in more than thirty years. During his journey, Kevin examines his own life and the family he has built for himself, as well as his childhood growing up in the projects of North Minneapolis. When Kevin does track down his father, he travels to the Bahamas to meet him. What happens in the Bahamas opens Kevin's eyes to a world and a history he never knew existed, it is also another test of Kevin's beliefs regarding family, loyalty, and what it means to be a son, a father, and a man.
This and all screenings are free and open to the public. We will have popcorn on hand for sale. Come out and spend this wonderful fall evening with us.
