Chakras, by definition, are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions. Seven chakras are positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
Join Lauren Brown as she guides you in everything you need to know about the chakras, including what they are, where they are located, and the senses & emotions they govern in the body.
The first part of the workshop will include a discussion around the chakras while the second half will lead you through a chakra focused yin yoga practice that will activate and harmonize all of the chakras, leaving you feeling balanced, energized.
