Thai Yoga Massage Level 2 Hosted by Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat Bahamas

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient system of yoga therapy that combines yoga postures with touch technique. It promotes deep relaxation and healing, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, balances the body energetically, and facilitates mind-bod integration. As a therapeutic practice, it is a dynamic form of yoga for the practitioner as well as the recipient. Level 2 expands upon the techniques learned in Level 1 and covers how to perform an expanded 2 1/2 hour customized session.
Pre-requisite completion of Level 1 training.
Please note Thai Yoga Massage Level 1 is being offered March 7-12, 2018. Register to take Level 1 and Level 2 back-to-back for $1,140 total tuition.

3 Week Film Workshop Hosted By Bahamas International Film Festival

There will be tutorials on how to write a Screenplay, Casting, Character Selection, Cinematography, Editing, Music Composition and Sound Design thus giving attendees working insight and expertise.
Participants will complete a short film to be showcased on ALIV mobile devices for competition and showcased at BIFF, November 28?December 6. In addition to offering a public Film Workshop, BIFF will be teaching students from the following Schools and Institutes:
