The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy Nassau will host American College/University 101: Preparing for Campus Life workshops.

TIME: 3:45am-5:00pm

tudents who have been accepted and will attend a college or university in the United States for Fall 2014 classes are invited to attend one of the two sessions*. Parents are also welcome to attend.

The information sessions will cover staying in status, campus resources, homesickness, and trends and issues in higher education. Attendees will also have an opportunity to network with other students moving to the United States for college.

*These sessions are only for students who have already been accepted to a college or university in the United States and have confirmed their acceptance.

The American Corner is a partnership between the U. S. Embassy Nassau and The College of The Bahamas. The Corner offers resources on the United States including maps and resources about the 50 states.
