Professional Charisma for Sales Professionals

Professional Charisma is the ability to communicate in a way that conveys you are confident, intelligent, competent, credible, trustworthy and likeable. These are the tenets for success in the corporate world. A great product or service is not enough in today’s competitive business environment. A sales pro needs not only to be knowledgeable, but they need to possess that extra finesse that makes prospects want to buy from them and become loyal clients. Some people are born with a certain amount of charisma, but it is a skill that anyone can develop. It is a skill no professional sales person can afford to lack. High performing sales people know how to engage and connect; this is what keeps them at the top.

This session will dissect the elements of Professional Charisma. It is designed to enhance self awareness and provide participants with practical tools and techniques they can use to communicate with more polish, strong presence and genuine connection.

Through interaction, video recording, feedback and coaching participants will discover how they may be perceived by others and their personal areas for development. They will be guided with specific instruction to implement new behaviors to enhance their professional presentation and ignite their own brand of professional charm and charisma.
