This event is held every year on the Bahamas Labour Day weekend. Bahamians and visitors from all walks of life come together to enjoy and participate in a variety of activities including the Pineapple Eating Contest, Pineapple Cooking Contest, Old Time Pineapple Crazy Sports, plaiting of the Pineapple Pole, fire dancers, Junkanoo rush out, traditional games and live entertainment by Bahamian artist.

Venue for the festival is Gregory Town, North Eleuthera.
