The Experience:
The event will be held at a boarding school creating a space for the hackers to focus, collaborate and be mentored for 3 days as they create minimum viable projects solving problems in the Bahamas using technology.

Think mini-business school meets Shark Tank for a 21st Century blended learning experience.

They will pitch these projects on Sunday, the last day of a 3 day conference.

The event has been created and entirely funded mostly by Bahamian businesses, a principal and global MD of Goldman Sachs (to include abused and neglected youth), CKR Law Charitable (to increase education of women in blockchain) and local enthusiasts of all ages.

Also a tech hub for youth in the East Street South studying the curriculum has been launched with the support of Bahamian entrepreneurs and local businesses donating their time and resources to create a fun, safe learning hub for the kids. Blockchain is the first curriculum being offered.

The Organizers:
The cofounding catalysts are 3 non-profit organizations:
Rotary Clubs (Bahamas)
CryptoChicks International Education Hub (Canada)
Harness All Possibilities (a US 501(c)3 founded by Bahamian, Rhonda Eldridge).

Rhonda has curated, hosted, collaborated and participated in numerous blockchain events about 3 years and has been selected as a DevCon V Scholar, amongst 50 other candidates from around the world to participate in the Ethereum Foundation’s blockchain and cryptocurrency programming in Osaka, Japan.
