The Black Out-13th Hour

It’s not called the ultimate and most anticipated event of the year for nothing. With a proven track record of providing the best vibes and atmosphere for the official kickoff to the Christmas holiday week, KO Production’s Blackout 2018 ‘The 13th Hour’ will be one for the books.

The dress code is in the name — all black everything, but organizers are warning patrons to dress comfortably. This year’s event will be a true test of stamina of one’s ability to party from sunset to sunrise, as it will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, December 21th at Fort Charlotte, and end at 7 a.m. the next day.

To set the party mood, Blackout will feature some of the hottest DJs from Nassau, Freeport, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago.

But there’s also the chance to win big, and by big we’re talking about a 2013 Black Ford Mustang, packing all the power and torque needed to take you home after 12 straight hours of Blackout partying.

To enter, take your ticket and receipt from any Blackout partner to Bahamian Brewery on Nassau Street. Fill out the raffle form and deposit it in the raffle box.

You can enter to win the weekly scavenger hunt multiple times to increase your chances. However, each time you drop off your receipt, you will need to show proof that you have a Blackout ticket.

The winner will be announced at 7:01 a.m., just as the party is scheduled to shut down.

Blackout ‘The 13th Hour’ will be one party split in two zones:
VIP Party Zone ($20)
– Free drinks from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
– Free flip-flops for the first 500 women
– Entrance at the mouth of Fort Charlotte

Meaukow Table Lounge ($500)

– Entrance at the top of Fort Charlotte
Only available by calling 242-423-0385
