World Labyrinth Day @ Centreville House

World Labyrinth Day @ Centreville House

Saturday 2nd May 2009  1:00 PM

Labyrinths all around the world will be hosting special walks at 1:00pm in each time zone to honour, celebrate and heal the Earth and Creation.

Despite the popular belief that labyrinth?s are confusing mazes, modern labyrinths are designed to be an unambiguous through-route to the center and back and is not designed to be difficult to navigate. They are used to help achieve a contemplative state. Walking among the turnings, one loses track of direction and of the outside world, and thus quiets his mind, allowing space for meditation and healing.

Everyone is invited to join us at Centreville House this Saturday at 1:00pm to simply walk the path with a gentle loving heart, and support Mother nature and her splendor, creating positive energy to this newly developed meditative, healing space.
