Join Atlantic Medical Insurance's Zest Wellness team for a celebration of local fall produce! Learn to make healthy choices when selecting produce at the grocery store, and even how to grow your own produce at home.

On this tour we will travel to the two destinations on shuttle busses provided by AMI:
A) Field for Fork, workshop led by Mr. Tim Hauber
B) Solomon's Fresh Market, tour led by Ms. Melissa Major

With trivia games, refreshments and exciting prizes and giveaways, this will be a fun and informational morning!

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing, and to bring cash for grocery purchases. Refreshments will be served.
