Join us for your DREAM BODY Dreamboard Party Experience!

This experience will help you mentally prepare, get you clear on your desires and goals and mingle and connect with conscious minded and energetic individuals who want to take their lives to the next level!

We will walk you through the steps of creating a fun and motivating vision board personal to your health and fitness goals and then help you create action steps to make your vision a reality!

Cost: $15 - All ages welcome
Please bring a large tag board, a minimum of 3 magazines, and print outs or copies of photos you may want to include on your board, scissors and small glue. Feel free to be creative with fabric, glitter, stickers etc!
