Wednesday class is all about rejuvenating the body!
All levels are welcomed to join this 1 hour healing flow.
Ease into restorative yoga poses to help to relax, rest and relieve the effects of stress. You will learn breathing techniques to help manage stress and feel more centered and grounded.
Bring blankets for added comfort :)
