What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Baha Mar Convention Center is equipped with ample parking that is proximate and within walking distance of the conference meeting rooms.

International attendee's that purchase the All Access Innov8 Pass will automatically be registered for transportation accomodations via shuttle transfer bus from the Sir Lynden Pindling International Airport to the Baha Mar Hotel. Shuttle bus transfer will be available from April 25th to April 28th 2018 at select times.

What's the refund policy?
The Innovate All Access Pass

All Pass registration cancellations made before March 26th 2018 are subject a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made after March 26th 2018 are non refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You need not bring a printed ticket to check in at the event.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?
All Passes issued may be transfered if transfer requests are made in writing and before April 20th 2018 and are subject to a transfer fee of USD $100.00 per ticket.
