Grand Bahama ? University of The Bahamas-North will be hosting a conference focused on the economic prospects of the island of Grand Bahama. The Sustainable Grand Bahama Conference is being held 5th ? 6th April 2018 under the theme, ?Breaking Down Barriers, Shaping the Future.?

Public and private sector leaders, academics, civil society organizations and opinion shapers have been invited to engage in a robust dialogue about the way forward for Grand Bahama. The guiding concept is sustainability.

The Sustainable Grand Bahama conference opens on Thursday, 5th April 2018 at the Grand Lucayan Convention Centre at 8:30 a.m.. The second day will take participants to the UB-North campus for another full slate of presentations and discussions with a 9:00 a.m. start.
