Held during the annual Pineapple Festival in Gregory Town, Central Eleuthera, it includes a 400 meter swim, 10k hilly bike ride, and a 5k run.

This event is a Ministry of Tourism Signature Event. It is meant to bring together Bahamians and visitors from all walks of life to enjoy and participate in pineapple events such as pineapple eating contest, pineapple cooking contest, Old time pineapple crazy sports, plaiting of the pineapple (May) pole
