Swimmers Dive Back into National Swimming Pool
The wait to dive into the 50 meter national swimming facility is now over for local swimmers. The doors to the Betty Kelly Kenning Aquatic Centre were officially opened to the Bahamas Swimming Federation (BSF) and the hundreds of swimmers on Tuesday.

National swimming pool closed
Training has become a hassle for local swimmers nowadays, ever since the national swimming complex closed more than two months ago. The closure has also left all of the club coaches frustrated, and some without a place to hold training sessions.

The
five-member "No Name" Bahamas Pool Squad ran the tables at the Annual Billiard
Congress of America Player League (BCAPL) National Pool Championship recently
held in Las Vegas, Nevada, finishing seventh from a field of 616 teams.
The squad was captained by Marcio
Smith and included past Bahamas Champion, Cedric Farquharson. Long-time
contender, Keith Cash, Michael Rolle, and international pool legend, Glenroy
"Flo" Saunders, were solid anchors.
