    Rules & Regulations

  • Only one entry allowed per receipt
  • Winners under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when collecting prizes
  • A valid ID must be presented when collecting prizes or prize money
  • Promotion slogan (on receipt) must be completed for receipt entry to be eligabile
  • Receipt entries must be placed in store entry boxes prior to the weekly drawing
  • All winners will be notified via phone and/or email
  • Promotion on at all nine Wendy’s locations including Grand Bahama
  • Employees of Wendy’s,coca cola and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate
  • VIP trip can be redeemed between Jan 1st and April 30th 2011
