but your return policy on the receipt
I live on the out Islands, and at the cost of returning a part that AID specified as the right one is costly. When I could find some one going to Nassau a month and a half passed. I was told there is a 30 day return policy that could not be broken, even when they gave me the wrong part. This country needs to make sure a return policy is on your receipt, and that if a company gives you the wrong part it should have to replace it.

Deeply saddened and extremely disappointed by service received at AID. This company seems more interested and driven by making money and increasing sales than with good customer service and building clientel through positive interactions.
