Deeply saddened and extremely disappointed by service received at AID. This company seems more interested and driven by making money and increasing sales than with good customer service and building clientel through positive interactions.
Automotive & Industrial Distributors Ltd (AID)
AID is stocked from floor to ceiling with all sorts of Automotive and Industrial products. They carry a wide selection of brands and are always bringing in new products. The staff I find are helpful overall. The cashiers are always pleasant, however the staff at the Auto Depot never seem to crack a smile. They are always so busy they tend to hurry things along. Sometimes one finds themselves just waiting for a little service... And at other times I get Above and Beyond Service!
