Awful

I have used Gwen's on several occasions because the prices are better than most (that's where the single star rating comes in). But I have decided to stop because of the sheer inconvenience. I have never once been able to pick up my clothes after being altered and been satisfied with them. Sloppy work has made me have to return on every occasion. And I learned the hard way that your clothes will never be ready on time. Apologies and discounts for inconvenience caused are nonexistent. I'd rather pay Hong Kong Tailors 3x the price to get my things back on time and looking the way they should the first time.
