Our goal is to mentor and motivate our clients to persevere through obstacles and embrace wellness. We will help you achieve your health & fitness goals.

Wellness Projects

At PRC we offer Wellness Projects instead of Fitness classes. Wellness projects consist of 10 one hour exercise sessions completed over a 4 week period. Our Wellness Projects are limited to 8 participants and must have a minimum of 6 registered participants to run as scheduled. Contact us today to reserve your spot with a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Exercise is much more than weight loss. Our Personal Trainer specializes in helping clients who are free of medical conditions or limitations realize their wellness goals. Personal Training services at PRC begin with a personalized fitness assessment and interview and include the development of a comprehensive nutrition plan to allow you to reach your fitness goals more quickly and efficiently. Add a Fitness Assessment for only 3 wellness units to your Wellness Project and monitor your health improvements in response to exercise.

PRC Wellness Services employs a system of wellness units because we think it is only fair that the more you commit to your wellness the less expensive your investment should be. PRC believes that there is no better gift than the "gift of health" which is why we offer wellness unit gift certificates that can be used towards any of our wellness services. Wellness units are offered at:
• 1 to 14 units $15 per unit
• 15 to 39 units $14 per unit
• 40 units $13 per unit

These units can then be converted to any of our wellness services.
