Bertha's is an original native Bahamian Restaurant established in 1987 by Mr. & Mrs. Mervin Sweeting, with his sister Albertha Gibson by his side.

It all began under an almond tree, selling only BBQ Ribs and BBQ Chicken with macaroni. This is where Bertha's became famous for its succulent mouth watering BBQ Ribs and Chicken.

Throughout the years Bertha's has grown and has branched into catering and rentals.

To date Bertha's has gain a reputation of their full service catering to corporate Bahamas and weddings. Bertha's Go Go Ribs and Nassau Party Time Caterer's and Rentals is known as a One Stop Shop in Nassau, Bahamas.

We are a one stop shop...

Our Weddings are inclusive of a Customized Menu, Complete Chinaware, Glassware, Silverware and Service. We have a team of professional waiters, cooks and Set up personnel. We also can provide and rent tents, tables, table cloths and chairs. We can set up anywhere, in the garden or hall.

At Berthas that day is as special to us as it is to the bride. Not only do we provide superior service, we entertain while serving the food. We provide a dance show with the presentation of the food that is sure to get the crowd on its feet and make your wedding day the talk of the town.


NASSAU PARTY TIME CATERING & RENTALS:
Bertha's is a one stop shop. We provide and rent: Chinaware, Glassware, Silverware, Tents, Tables, and Chairs.



CATERERS:
Bertha's have a dynamic team of professionals that can cater to all your office functions or grand openings.

Bertha's can provide Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Our menu options include Soup, Salad, Hot Hors' doeuvres, Cold Hors' doeuvres, Brunch, Dinner, Dessert & Beverages.

Delivery is avaliable to any location. Bertha's provides Chaffing Dishes with Serving Utensils or Aluminum Pans. Chinaware or disposables are included. In addition, tables, table cloths, table skirts or service personnel are available. Bertha's can make any social event a special one by creating a menu that is unique and delicious.


We can customize any menu to accomodate any amount of persons as well as your budget. We can set up function up as a buffet or complete service.

Bertha's can also host your event in our Exclusive Anna's Barn Yard. It can seat up to 100 persons.
