I and my boyfriend attended the restuarant as apart of a week of "restaurant hopping". this was the second restaurant and THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT (APPETIZERS, ENTREES AND DESSERTS). in addition to excellent food the service and ambiance are perfect. FINE and DETAILED! The food was sooo good that two days later we went BACK !!! This time the food was JUST as good and the same high quality service as the first time!! This restaurant is at the top of my recommendation list of fine dining restaurants in New Providence! This is as good as it gets here and its GREAT !!! WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK !!!

This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in my entire life as a dining customer. Food tasted like it was cooked from frozen, dry and flavourless. The food itself was drowned in sauces that made no culinary sense in terms of flavour and presentation and essentially turned the dishes into soup. It cost 8$ for half a glass of still water mainly because the waiter didnt bother to refill the glass or give us the 8$ bottle of water directly. After such events, their credit/debit machine didnt work and they kept us in the restaurant for two very long hours as punishment for their machines not working. We then drove to a bank machine at 11 PM where it clearly showed that our cards were working and that the restaurant's payment system was in fact faulty. After expressing our discontent and stating that this was unacceptable customer service, the manager went on to ignorantly attack us with false statements, rudely ignored our concerns and offended egos. We payed everything in cash after driving to an ABM completely exhausted. Management wouldn't know customer service if it hit them on the head.
