BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Last week I purchased a pair of tanzanite, white sapphire and australian opal earrings. The salesman told me they were authentic. However, I just returned from a local jewelry store (I was looking into having leverbacks put on the earrings) and was told by the jeweler that they are fake. The tanzanites are not real, the white sapphires are actually cubic zirconia and the australian opals are fake. I purchased these earrings as a gift for my Mother, I am beyond disappointed. Worse yet, I have tried multiple times to contact Silver Traditions to request a refund and it seems their phone number is not operating. Do not buy from this store!

TOTAL FRAUD - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I bought what I thought was a beautiful silver ring with a peridot store. I did like the design and was assured by the salesman that it was pure silver with a true peridot. Just got back from the jewelers here in Dallas - it was silver plate and a glass stone. What a horrible disappointment - this place should be put out of business. I see that I'm clearly not alone in my experience. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Alexandrite Set.

My Husband and I were in your store. And after much consideration I purchased a Bracelet & Earings-Alexandrite which I thought was the real Gem stone, Only to learn after reading up on the internet. The stone is note real Gems. I am VERY disappointed because I thought I was dealing with an honest business person. But obviously I was taken in by phony Gems and business man.
