Unsatisfactory service

Had my drivers side window smashed. Got replacement from the dealer & needed someone to install. Service took forever waiting & finally when finished the window couldn’t move up & down. It was installed in a ‘fixed’ position. Paid them anyways after complaining & just wanting to be done. Had to take to a mechanic who had to reinstall the window & got it functioning fine. Turns out they left the broken glass in the inner door panel; so mechanics to move window up & down couldnt function. They were recommended to me by a friend, but I can’t recommend them to anyone.

PISSED AND ANGRY

POOR, NO, DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I GOT MY MONEY BACK BUT THE WHOLE RUN AROUND FOR THREE WEEKS WAS DISTASTEFUL FOR A PLACE OF BUSINESS AND ONE THAT GUARANTEED A SPEEDY SOLUTION FOR THEIR MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN

They took my money and ran!

Horrible installation of new windshield resulted in a crack within weeks! I stopped by the shop several times to have them properly seal off the windshield but was always told the technician was not in. Once the new windshield got cracked I tried appealing to both of the owners (Mr. & Mrs. Dawkins) but they were unconcerned and non-responsive to my emails and messages.
