I ordered a part and was told to expect the part in one week. One week turned into 2 weeks on to over a month. By then I had already sold my car. I was denied my deposit back. Moral of the story demand your deposit back if not arrived on expected date. My lost, this information serves as your warning.

I always shopped at 48hours on Soldier Road for my car accessories until I found out about Parts World. I initially starting doing business with parts world because of their location, however I've soon learned that closer is not always better. Their variety of items stocked is very appealing especially for those wanting a custom look for their cars. However, after shopping around, I?ve found that stores on that same road sell those items way cheaper than them. Today, I spent an hour driving around looking for Hyper white H1 light bulbs for my car until I came to them. The stocked the light bulbs at $12.50 EACH and I needed 4. I knew it was a bit costly but I needed them. I decided to buy 2 for the moment and send away for the others. On my way back to work I drove past AID and remembered they did sell them one time ago and its possible that they still did carry them. After telling the clerk what I needed, he located it and told me that a PAIR COSTS $11.50.I was upset because I was now getting 2 for the price of one. I looked at AID's packaging and then Parts World packaging. They were exactly the same, even having the same SKU number. I purchased the 4 that I needed and turned back to Parts World to get a refund. The lady then told me that they don?t give refunds on electrical products. She finally agreed to give me a store credit. I?m highly upset because this is not my first experience like this with them. My advice is if you want something, shop else ware. Times are too hard for us to be getting swung like this
