Presently, we operate at the Long Bay School Pool. Our ultimate goal is to own and operate out of our own pool.
Monday through Thursday in the afternoons, the pool is open for
Competitive, Masters and Fitness. The time is different depending on the time of year.

From Spring to Fall we offer a "Learn to Swim" Program. This program is taught under the "Swim America" program and all the coaches on deck and in the pool have been trained under "Swim America" Monday's and Wednesdays we offer a "Teen Swim" program which is for those swimmers who can swim, but wish to improve their stroke technique.

Wednesdays we offer "Adult Swimming" This program is specially for those adults who may or may not be able to swim and wish to improve their overall comfort in the water.
